Russian opinion leader: "Turkey, Russia and Iran should switch to new common currency"
Aleksandr DUGIN, Russian Philosopher – BusinessTurkeyToday.com

Many countries in the world have been suffering the fluctuations in foreign currency rates and it goes without saying US dollar has always had the biggest share in this handicap with a huge impact on developing countries in the first place. No doubt countries like Turkey, Iran and even Russia are among those countries exposed to this issue and a very prominent Russian opinion leader and philosopher has come up with a radical suggestion to weaken (if not overcome) the domination of US dollar in the world of finance.

Philosopher Aleksandr DUGIN, the pioneer of the International Eurasian Movement who has written more than forty books has stated that “Turkey, Russia and Iran should switch to a new currency that is they should consider using Eurasian Currency” to break the domination of US Dollar regarding the transaction between these countries and those in the region.

The Russian opinion leader made these explanations at the “Turkey-Russia Relations in Rising Eurasia” summit organized by International Cooperation Platform and (UIP) Antalya Metropolitan Municipality.

The Russian opinion leader also added “I think that the Eurasian currency project will soon be alive. Kazakhstan announced its vision of a multi-polar currency. Topics such as Eurasian currency and Islamic currency are being discussed. There is a “golden yuan” project being discussed on the Chinese front. We have to give up the use of US dollars in oil and gas trade. Russia, Iran and Turkey should create a new currency, withdrawing their gold reserve in the US. I believe this will be feasible in the near future. But I cannot give a definite date. “
