Severe Weather Alert Across Turkey: Heavy Rain and Storms Expected

The Turkish State Meteorological Service has issued a widespread weather warning for May 1, with multiple regions across the country expecting heavy rain, thunderstorms, and strong winds. A yellow alert has been declared for several provinces, signaling potentially disruptive weather conditions.

Widespread Rainfall and Storm Activity

Much of Turkey will see cloudy skies and rainfall throughout the day. Showers and thunderstorms are expected across Marmara, the Aegean, the Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, the Black Sea, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia.
