Sweden lifts all coronavirus restrictions and stops free tests
The Swedish Public Health Agency has lifted all coronavirus restrictions as of today and announced that COVID-19 tests have also been terminated.
As the whole world keeps struggling with the Omicron variant of the coronavirus, some countries such as Sweden take a step to lift all restriction against the virus. For example Karin Tegmark WISELL,, Head of the Public Health Agency in Sweden has announced that all restrictions on COVID-19 has been lifted in the country as of today.
WISELL used the expression, “The cost of weekly Kovid-19 tests to the state is $ 55 million, and the monthly cost is $ 220 million, so we have ended the Kovid-19 tests.”
Wisell also noted that from today only health workers could get a free Kovid-19 test, noting that the fees of those who would get a Kovid-19 test to get out of the country at their own request would not be paid by the state and insurance companies.
