The Ritz-Carlton which is one of the most famous restaurants in the world opens in Istanbul
NOBU is scheduled to open a branch restaurant in mega town Istanbul in spring 2021. An agreement was reached between the Ritz-Carlton in the Süzer Plaza Istanbul and NOBU Restaurant, the world-renowned representative of Japanese cuisine.
Preparations have begun for the opening of NOBU restaurant, named after World-famous chef Nobu Matsuhisa, where famous actor Robert De Niro is also a partner. The management and architect team of the famous restaurant, Ritz-Carlton, came to Istanbul and held the first post-agreement talks.
The Ritz-Carlton Istanbul, where Turkish culture and traditions meet with modern, luxurious and unique Bosphorus views, has signed an exclusive agreement with Nobu restaurant, one of the most important places in the gastronomy world. NOBU Restaurant, Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul will open its first location in Turkey. The hotel will have 2 floors in a private area of 1000 square meters with panoramic views of the Bosphorus. Nobu will also be provided with a separate entrance from Süzer Plaza.
Nobu’s management team came to Istanbul to go over the work before the opening and started the work. The team, including Chef Herve Courtot, International Project Director Steven Lam, and PCH Design Studio architect Sevrine Tatangelo stayed at the Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul and discussed the architectural, menu and management details of Nobu.
