The World Health Organization (who) has made an announcement about Corona virus. Accordingly, the organization has decided to hold an emergency meeting tomorrow regarding said virus seen in China first. The statement shared by WHO said “The virus has spread to 15 countries but the whole world should be on alert. We are taking extraordinary measures in the face of this extraordinary situation.”

Following was inserted in the statement as well:

– 71 cases of Corona virus have been reported, most of them are people going to China.

– The virus is not only a problem for China but for the whole world.

– The corona virus has spread to 15 countries, but the whole world should be on alert.

On the other hand, the Director of the World Health Organizatio, said on his social media account, “I have called on the committee to convene because there is potential for more global spread”.

The corona virus was first detected in Vuhan, China and at the end of December it was announced that it had infected 27 more people.

So far 132 people have lost their lives due to the corona virus, more than 6 thousand people were said to have been infected with the virus and more than 60 thousand people were quarantined in hospital on the grounds that they carry symptoms of the virus.

Symptoms of the corona virus include high fever, sore throat, dry cough, difficulty breathing and diarrhea.

The virus can be transmitted from person to person very quickly through respiration and can cause death due to pneumonia and kidney failure.
