Travel Turkey: Coast Guard crew rescues drifting boat in Fethiye Gulf

The boat drifting in the bay in Fethiye district of Muğla was rescued by the teams of the General Directorate of Coastal Security (COAST Guard).

According to the information obtained, the teams of the General Directorate of Coastal Security moved to the region upon the notification that a boat was drifting due to a machine malfunction in the Karagözler area of the Gulf of Fethiye.

The 15-meter-long boat with 6 people in it was saved by the KIYEM-5 (life saving) boat. Rescued boat was docked at the marina located in Fethiye.
