Turkey’s Health Ministry announces corona virus data for October 16
According to most recent corona table announced by Ministry on 16th October 73 people died in the last 24 hours, while 812 new patients were identified. The Minister said, “We have 1812 patients identified today. Our number of seriously ill patients tends to increase after a long break”.
Based on data announced the total number of patients increased to 343,955. With 73 more people killed, the loss of life increased to 9,153.
According to the data, bed occupancy rate in Turkey was announced as 48.7 percent, adult intensive care occupancy rate was announced as 65.4 percent and ventilator occupancy rate was announced as 32.7 percent.
