Turkey’s TGA announces hotels that have received or applied for safe tourism certificate

Turkish Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA) has announced the number of hotels applying for a safe tourism certificate and the number of hotels receiving the certificate so far. The Ministry of culture and Tourism had announced the 131-item “safe tourism certificate” criteria on May 10.

According to the list published on the TGA’s site, the number of hotels applying for a “safe tourism certificate” to date is 239 across Turkey.

The number of restaurants applying for said certificate is 38, while the number of businesses receiving it is currently 1. The first restaurant to receive said document was CZN Burak Hatay civilization table located at Beşiktaş.

According to the list announced, the number of hotels found eligible to receive the document so far is only 10.

The names of these hotels are as follows:

* Crowne Plaza-Antalya: Kaf Hotel Management
* Eresin Sultanahmet-Istanbul: Eresin Hotel Management
* Eresin Taksim & Premiere Hotel-Istanbul: Eresin Otelcilik
* Gönlüferah Hotel-Bursa: Gönlüferah Tourism
* Grand Park Lara-Antalya: Az Hotel Işl.
* Hotel Bilkent-Ankara: Bilintur
* Khan Hotel-Antalya: Güncem Turizm
* Newpark Hotel-Ankra: Yenipark Tourism
* Ramada Plaza Konya: Aydın Ünlüer Tourism
* Sueno Deluxe Belek-Antalya: Telerko Tourism
