With the amendment of the regulation published in the Official Gazette, an arrangement was made regarding the environmental “noise” criteria of entertainment venues. It is noted that under the new regulation which targets music and entertainment, many bans have been introduced. The Environmental Noise Assessment and Management Regulation prepared by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, has been amended. Many bans have been put into effect under the new regulation, which was published in the Official Gazette on Friday and entered into force.
