Breaking News: 7.4 Magnitude earthquake in Kahramanmaraş hits 10 cities

An earthquake with a magnitude of 7.4 occurred in the PAZARCIK district of Kahramanmaras. The earthquake was felt in many cities, especially Gaziantep, Sivas, Hatay, Sanliurfa, Mersin, Samsun, Trabzon. There are many dead and injured. There were 66 aftershocks, the largest of which had a 6.6 magnitude.

At 04.17, a 7.4 magnitude earthquake occurred in the saiid district of Kahramanmaras. According to the statement made by AFAD, the earthquake took place 7 kilometers below the ground.

AFAD announced that 76 people had lost their lives and 440 people were injured in 7 provinces as of 06.30.

Long queues of vehicles formed in city centers. Due to the earthquake, some buildings were destroyed in Kahramanmaraş, Kilis, Diyarbakır, Adana, Osmaniye, Gaziantep, Malatya and Hatay.
