Cengiz Construction Company starts construction of villas and hotels with Bulgari

Cengiz Construction, which has purchased 678 thousand square meters of land located in the most valuable area of Bodrum from the Privatization Administration, is starting the construction of villas and hotels. Mehmet Cengiz shook hands with Bulgari for the project.

Bulgari currently operates hotels in world-famous cities such as London, Dubai, Bali, Paris, also continuing its tourism investments in Rome, Tokyo, Miami and Los Angeles.

Bulgari which has chosen Bodrum for its first hotel in Turkey, is expected to announce its agreement with Cengiz Inşaat by the end of this month.

Last year, Cengiz Construction applied to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization to make 2 beaches and 4 for piers (wave breaker) for  the land where Bulgari Hotel will rise in Cennet Bay.

The residents of Bodrum are reacting to the opening of the land remaining in the cultural assets, natural assets and conservation area to construction.

Cengiz Inşaat had purchased the land on which the project will rise from the Privatization Administration in 2012.
