CHP leader KILICDAROGLU says he expects early elections in September 2022

CHP Chairman Kemal KILICDAROGLU participated in the “One-on-One” program offered by Fatih ALTAYLI on Habertürk and made evaluations on the issues on the agenda. Speaking about the inspection of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), he stated that he did not think it possible to dismiss IMM President Ekrem Imamoğlu.

Commenting on the early elections, the CHP leader also pointed to September. He said he expected an early election in September, adding “They cannot continue to manage the economy.”

As for the presidential candidacy, KILICDAROGLU stated that it was not correct to reduce this issue to “names”, mainly. He gave a description of ideal candidate as follows: “He should know the state well, he should know what the state mind is. He should stand behind his promise.”
