Court finds hotel and golf course project in Antalya against public interest
The plan to build a hotel and a golf course in Manavgat was found “contrary to the public interest” and annulled by the 3rd Administrative Court of Antalya.
Antalya 3. The Administrative Court decided to cancel the plan to build a hotel and a golf course on the 3 thousand-acre Ulualan district located in the Manavgat district of Antalya on the grounds that it is “contrary to the public interest”.
Speaking about the issue, Mayor of Manavgat Şükrü Sözen said that this decision was the best indicator of the determined position of the people of Manavgat,and showed how well they owned and protected their city where they lived. He also said this solidarity and togetherness could be an example for all of Turkey.
