It would certainly be unfair not to mention the municipality of DIDIM and other local state bodies such as district governorate, due to important services provided in Didim as well. The most important of the services provided by Didim Municipality and governorate are undoubtedly the convenience provided to foreigners aged 65 and over and the importance attached to hygiene as well as the fact that the Municipalitty has not forgotten the stray animals in this crisis.
Foreigners in Didim who are 65 years of age or older or have chronic illnesses, can report their market, pharmacy and similar needs by calling (0256) 811 54 46 (extension numbers 112-155-156).
The municipality has been disinfecting as many places as possible, including mosques. Meanwhile, it has also has put disinfection tunnels at some places.
On the other hand, the municipality’s compassion for stray animals throughout the crisis is also worth mentioning..
Therefore, just like some other municipalities such as Kuşadası, Bodrum etc Didim Municipality certainly deserves many thanks, as well.
