More than 4 million people were warned to evacuate in Japan as Typhoon Nanmadol, which originated in East Asia, approached.

The Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA) has issued a 5th degree level warning against Typhoon Nanmadol, which is expected to affect the Kyushu region in the south of the country.
