Forecast for weather in Turkey on April 3rd: Spring weather continues nationwide

According to the Meteorology, spring weather will make itself increasingly felt throughout the country. Evaluations suggest that the weather will be sunny in most parts of Turkey, but there will be occasional showers and storms in some areas.

Latest assessments by the Meteorology General Directorate:

– The northern, central, and western regions of Turkey are expected to be partly cloudy, with intermittent showers in the surroundings of Sinop, Rize, and Artvin, as well as the western districts of Samsun and the eastern parts of Trabzon. Ardahan and its surroundings may experience sleet and snowfall at high altitudes, while other areas are forecasted to be mostly clear and sunny. Light dust transport is expected in Marmara and Aegean regions. There is a risk of avalanches, snow melting, and landslides in the inland areas of the Eastern Black Sea and the northern and eastern parts of Eastern Anatolia.

TEMPERATURE: A decrease of 2 to 4 degrees Celsius is expected in the western and northern regions, with no significant change expected in other areas.

WIND: Wind is expected to be generally from the south and east, gradually becoming light to moderate from the north in the northern and inland regions of the country.
