Hotels in Turkey will be 100 percent full on Ramadan holiday

A few days before the opening of the summer season in Bodrum, tourism sector professionals have warned that “travelers who come without a reservation may stay at the door”. On the other hand, it was learned that many hotels would reach one hundred percent occupancy during Ramadan holiday.

Bodrum, the heart of tourism, is preparing for the summer season with Ramadan holiday. Many hotels have prepared a calendar of concerts and events. Especially 5-star hotels are expected to accommodate famous artists.

It was learned that more than 1 million tourists had come for vacation on Ramadan holiday before the pandemic, and a record number of domestic tourists may come this year. The tourism professionals in Bodrum think number of tourists to come this year may well be over numbers that arrived last year – despite war in Ukraine.

Bodrum Hoteliers Association Association Ömer Dengiz said, “Even though we are trying to do our job under adverse conditions this year, the future bookings are positive. We hope to get good results. We would like to warn our guests who are coming to Bodrum about something. If you come to Bodrum, please come by booking.”
