Journalist says Erdogan is in favor of holding the election on May 14 as previously announced

After the earthquake disaster that overwhelmed Turkey, the claim that the government wants to postpone the 2023 elections found a place on the agenda. A journalist named Kubra Par shared backstage information about the allegations in question. The journalist said, “The People’s Alliance has no such intention. Let alone June 18, President Erdogan is in favor of holding the election on May 14, as previously announced.”

After the two earthquakes centered at Kahramanmaraş region shook Turkey deeply, election scenarios also started to come up. While it was claimed that the AKP wanted to postpone the elections for six months or a year, a journalist shared comments about the election date discussions.
