MHP leader BAHCELI responds to TUSIAD statement: The new economy program will be successful

MHP Chairman Devlet Bahceli (Erdogan’s ally in ruling Republic Alliance) called TUSIAD’s statement problematic and said, “Although TUSIAD and collaborationist politicians oppose it, the new economy program will be successful” – (TUSIAD  stands for Association of Turkish Industrialists and Businessmen).

BAHCELI made written statements and made evaluations about the agenda. MHP leader targeted CHP (main opposition party) leader KILICDAROGLU and said “KILICDAROGLU cannot be a nationalist (meaning patriot), he can be an informant of imperialism, he will be an informant of cruelty,”

BAHCELI who replied to TUSIAD’s call for return to “accepted, economic science rules” said problematic statement by TUSIAD, passing between said association and KILICDAROGLU, imposing an early election, politicizing the price and exchange rate increase and establishing an abuse line is a disgustful situation that should be resolutely fought and staying silent will cause exorbitant consequences.”

Referring to the sharp rise in the exchange rate, BAHCELI said, “The game is big, the game is wild, the game is hostile. Turkey is the target of speculative attacks.”
