Pakistan’s ex-PM Imran Khan wounded in gun attack on his convoy

Pakistani media announced that shots had been fired at the convoy of former prime minister Imran Khan and the politician was injured. The news said the attacker had wanted to kill former Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan for ‘misleading the masses’.

While it was stated that the attacker had been captured, 6 people, including some senior figures of Khan’s party PTI, had been injured in the incident and at least one person had been killed. Pakistani President Alvi and Pakistani Prime Minister Sharif condemned the incident.
