Proposal submitted by CHP to remove VAT on electricity rejected by AK Party and MHP
The CHP’s “proposal not to charge VAT on electricity bills” was rejected by the AK Party and MHP votes.
The proposal of CHP Istanbul Deputy Turan Aydoğan to the General Assembly of the Grand National Assembly on the exclusion of electricity, water, natural gas and other firewood deliveries for heating purposes from the Value Added Tax proposed by the law, was rejected by the AK Party and MHP votes.
