Erdogan, the president and AKP leader, announced the decisions taken after a Cabinet meeting to discuss the corona virus and other developments on the agenda… He said, “Between April 23-24-25-26, we plan to implement curfew in 31 provinces. From 00: 00 on the evening of April 22, we will apply the restriction until April 26. Details about this will be disclosed by the Interior Ministry”

President Erdoğan also shared following:

Turkey continues its fight against the corona virus in 4 main titles. The first is to restrict physical contact between people. All measures, such as school holidays and curfews, are intended for this purpose.

The second is the uninterrupted operation of Health Systems. We are very good in all areas, especially critical issues.

The third is to ensure food and cleaning services are not disrupted. Apart from a few exceptional images, we have no problem with this.

And The fourth is that public order is not deteriorated. Our security forces continue their mission by providing support to Vefa social support groups.

To this day, 3 million of our citizens have been supported. Cologne and masks were distributed to approximately 1 million citizens over the age of 65. 239 settlements are also being quarantined to prevent the spread of the outbreak. We have started to reap the fruits of the measures we have taken to prevent the outbreak. We’ve increased our test number to over 40 thousand. Our test case rate is declining while our number of patients recovering increases.

Our patients in intensive care and on ventilators and our patients who have passed away are on the same level. Developments are shared every day by our Ministry of Health. We don’t have the intensity in our hospitals. I express my gratitude to all our medical staff.
