Widespread Showers Expected Across Turkey: Province-by-Province Weather Forecast for May 12, 2025
According to forecasts from the Turkish State Meteorological Service, much of the country is expected to experience partly to mostly cloudy skies, with showers and thunderstorms in several regions. Rain is expected in the southern and eastern parts of Central Anatolia, the Taurus Mountains in the Mediterranean, Eastern Mediterranean, Central and Eastern Black Sea, Eastern Anatolia, the northern and eastern parts of Southeastern Anatolia and some other regions.

Marmara Region:
Partly to mostly cloudy. Local showers and thunderstorms expected in Edirne and Kırklareli during the afternoon and evening. Fog and mist are likely in the eastern parts during the night and early morning.
