Decision of Council of State on Istanbul Convention: “Cancellation of termination decision requested”

15 of the lawsuits filed against the decision to withdraw from the Istanbul Convention have been filed with the Council of State today. The Prosecutor of the Council of State repeated his opinion and demanded that the decision to withdraw from the Istanbul Convention be decided on its cancellation.
