Number of visitors to Antalya in first 3 months of 2022 announced

Antalya Governorate Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism has announced tourism data for the first 3-month period of 2022. During the period of January 1 – March 31 of 2022, the number of people visiting the city by air increased by 93 percent to 515,993 people, compared to the same period in 2021 according to data received from the Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism of the Antalya Governorate.

Germans in first place

During this period, the highest number of tourists to Antalya came from Germany with 111 thousand 359. Germany was followed by Russia with 86,439 tourists, followed by the United Kingdom with 57,609 tourists. The other countries that sent the most tourists to Antalya by air were Iran, Kazakhstan, Poland, Israel, the Netherlands, Ukraine and Jordan, respectively.
