ELECTION POLLS TURKEY 250822

In the polls conducted regarding the upcoming elections in 2023, the ruling Public’s Alliance, which includes the AK Party and the MHP, continues to lose votes. Most recently, the results of a survey conducted by a reputable research company called ORC confirm the same point once again. And just to keep in mind this negative development against the benefit of AK Party is occurring despite all the election-oriented steps taken by President Erdogan, recently.

By the way, according to the results of the research in question, the CHP and the GOOD Party have together reached a vote share of 48 percent (while the group in power, that is AK Party and MHP reach a vote share of over 33 percent). This shows that the opposing Nation’s Alliance, together with the other members of the “6 party table” (that is the opposing group) can easily exceed 50 percent.

On the other hand, pro-Kurdish HDP has a vote share of over 7 percent as well. HDP is not expected to support the ruling group as it stands, currently.

To recap, the picture shows us that the near future (i.e. the 2023 elections) does not look very bright for the AK Party, based on reports issued by a great majority of public research companies.

When one goes out to the field (open market places, small businesses etc.), the picture to be viewed is no different, either.
