Passengers without mask not allowed to use public transportation in Istanbul
Following the new coronavirus measures announced by President ERDOGAN and new curfew for under-20s and the obligation to wear masks at crowded places, the Metropolitan Municipality has made an additional announcement regarding measures to be implemented in Istanbul.
Murat ONGUN, press spokesman for the municipality shared below information on his Twitter account
“Starting tomorrow, passengers without masks will not be allowed on buses, subways, Metrobus and city lines steamers in Istanbul. We have no doubt that the esteemed Istanbulites will pay highest attention to this sensitive issue”.
